158-foot Tall Ship Schooner operating as a private charter vessel in the NY Harbor. Managed and trained deckhands and led sail handling, docking procedures, and customer relations.

Recipient of Rising Explorer grant from The Explorers Club to study Coralligenous habitats in the Aegean. Presented my research at the Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences.
Studied and re-planted Posidonia oceanica seagrass meadows at Aegean Marine Life Sanctuary station on Lipsi Island, Greece
Took part in boat surveys using GIS and ROV for deep sea image capture and multi-beam sonar for biomass scanning.

July 2020

Research on aquatic carbon sequestration. Wrote literature review on seagrass preservation, created a scientific poster on oceanic ecosystems, and recorded a digital slide presentation with a voice-over on marine monitoring systems.
